The morning market in Luang Prabang is an experience for the senses – all of them. This is a locals’ market, so most of what you’ll find here aren’t crafts or tourist-geared products (you can find those in the night market). Instead, expect to see a lot of spices, grains, honeycomb, produce, raw (and cooked) meat, live (and dried) fish, and temple offerings.
